2018.9.1-9.2  The 12th Forum on safe and efficient assisted reproductive technology from September 1 to September 2, 2018
（2018 Free Trade Zone Forum - focus on precision medicine for reproduction and development）

From September 1 to September 2, 2018, "the 12th Forum on safe and efficient assisted reproductive technology" was held in Shanghai free trade zone. The conference was hosted by the Department of assisted reproduction of Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of medicine , in collaboration with Japan's TOWAKO Group Shanghai Towako hospital, and in collaboration with Asian fertility preservation society, international PGD society and other professional institutions.

"Safe, efficient and economical" has always been the concept of holding practical and front-edge international conferences on assisted reproduction. Based on this concept, we hereby invite the top experts and colleagues from home and abroad to discuss innovative, front-edge and accurate practical assisted reproductive technology. This conference will focus on reproduction and development, from theory to practice, from basic to clinical aspects, and constantly open up new horizons, explore new methods and implement precise treatment.

2019.9.5-9.8  The 13th Forum on safe and efficient assisted reproductive technology
（The first annual meeting of reproductive health committee of Chinese Association of rehabilitation medicine）

From September 5 to September 8, 2019, the first annual meeting of reproductive health committee of Chinese society of rehabilitation medicine, sponsored by the Ninth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of medicine, Shanghai Towako hospital, and Dongfang Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University, was held in full swing in the Radisson Hotel, Shanghai Hongqiao west suburb manor. Colleagues from reproductive medicine from home and abroad had a heated discussion and exchange on the hot and difficult issues of assisted reproductive medicine. The 4-day meeting brought rich harvest and surprise to the counterparts in reproductive medicine from home and abroad.

During the meeting, the Professional Committee on reproductive health of China Rehabilitation Medical Association was officially established. Professor Kuang Yanping of the Ninth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of medicine was elected as the chairman of the Committee. Professor Shang Wei of the sixth medical center of the General Hospital of Chinese PLA, Professor Li Rong of the Third Hospital of Peking University, Professor Zeng Haitao of the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat sen University, and Professor Wu Xueqing of Shanxi maternal and child health care hospital were elected as the vice chairman members. Experts from nearly 100 hospitals across the country attended the meeting.

2022.12.7-12.11  The 15th Forum on safe and efficient assisted reproductive technology

（The fourth annual meeting of reproductive health committee of Chinese Association of rehabilitation medicine）

The fourth annual meeting of the Reproductive Health Professional Committee of the Chinese Rehabilitation Medicine Association will be held through live streaming on December 7-11, 2022. The conference was hosted by the Reproductive Health Professional Committee of China Rehabilitation Medical Association, organized by the Ninth People's Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine, the General Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, and Shanghai Towako Hospital, and co sponsored by the Chinese Journal of Reproduction and Contraception.

This forum focuses on five major clinical issues related to assisted reproduction, namely: (1) Reproductive Andrology: exploring surgical sperm collection, self preservation of sperm, male infertility gene testing, repeated pregnancy failures due to male factors, and interpretation of the latest version of semen analysis manual. (2) Reproductive endocrinology: such as case sharing of ovarian resistance syndrome, how to use COS to obtain more high-quality oocytes, preliminary exploration of the application and mechanism of low-dose HCG in patients with repeated IVF failures, estrogen and progesterone and endometrial receptivity, etc. (3) Embryo implantation: Exploring the impact of cesarean section on embryo implantation, non-invasive evaluation of endometrial receptivity, and DNA methylation before embryo implantation. (4) Embryo laboratory: such as difficult issues and coping strategies related to fertilization, mechanisms of chromosomal aneuploidy during oocyte maturation, and vitrification freezing of human oocytes. (5) Reproductive Genetics: Exploring the genetic factors and mechanisms underlying spermatogenesis, egg maturation, fertilization, or developmental disorders, as well as related technologies, such as the study of the mechanism of male infertility caused by CCIN mutations.

2023.12.20-12.24  The 16th Forum on safe and efficient assisted reproductive technology

（Chinese Rehabilitation Medicine Association Reproductive Health Professional Committee Assisted Reproduction Difficult Case Diagnosis and Treatment and New Progress Learning Class）

On December 20-24, 2023, the Reproductive Health Professional Committee of the Chinese Rehabilitation Medicine Association held a study class on the diagnosis, treatment, and new progress of difficult cases in assisted reproduction, as well as the 16th Safe and Efficient Assisted Reproduction Technology Forum in Shanghai. The conference is hosted by the Reproductive Health Professional Committee of the Chinese Rehabilitation Medicine Association, and organized by the Ninth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, the Seventh Medical Center of the People's Liberation Army General Hospital, Shanghai Towako Hospital, Tongji University Affiliated Oriental Hospital, and Anhui Medical University First Affiliated Hospital. This forum has an advanced training course on the handling of difficult clinical cases, inviting domestic colleagues in the field of assisted reproduction to share practical experience and fully analyze and discuss the strategies and examples of handling difficult cases in assisted reproduction, including the explanation of difficult case handling strategies and clinical case sharing and discussion of handling strategies.

The Embryo Laboratory Workshop offers four sessions: (1) Special sessions on new nuclear cytoplasmic replacement technology, ICSI techniques, and embryo freezing optimization, with on-site explanations and practical applications of Shanghai Ninth Hospital's new nuclear cytoplasmic replacement technology, ICSI anti disintegration techniques, mouse micro insemination puppet free technology, and embryo assembly line freezing technology and techniques; (2) Ovarian tissue freezing and thawing session, on-site explanation and practical operation of ovarian tissue freezing technology and techniques at Shanghai Towako Hospital; (3) Egg/embryo freezing session, on-site explanation and practical operation of egg/embryo freezing and thawing technology and techniques at the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University; (4) Sperm freezing/laser free biopsy session, explaining the PGT biopsy of blastocysts, rare sperm and single sperm freezing techniques and skills at Dongfang Hospital.

On November 1-3, 2024, the Reproductive Health Special Committee of the Chinese Rehabilitation Medicine Association held the 2024 Assisted Reproduction Difficult Case Diagnosis and New Progress Learning Class and the 17th Safe and Efficient Assisted Reproduction Technology Forum (Shanghai Ninth Hospital) in Shanghai. The conference is hosted by the Reproductive Health Professional Committee of the Chinese Rehabilitation Medicine Association, and organized by the Ninth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, the General Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, Shanghai Towako Hospital, Tongji University Affiliated Oriental Hospital, and Anhui Medical University First Affiliated Hospital. This forum has an advanced training course on the handling of difficult clinical cases, inviting domestic colleagues in the field of assisted reproduction to share practical experience and fully analyze and discuss the strategies and examples of handling difficult cases in assisted reproduction, including the explanation of difficult case handling strategies and clinical case sharing and discussion of handling strategies. Workshop sessions and multiple academic lectures on assisted reproduction were held, including youth forums, gynecological difficult diseases and reproduction forums, reproductive genetics and development forums, traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment forums for premature ovarian failure, and embryo laboratory new technology forums.
